| According to different classifications of aluminum sheet alloys

1. Ordinary aluminum alloy patterned plate:

an aluminum alloy patterned plate processed from 1060 aluminum plate as the plate base, which can adapt to ordinary environments and is inexpensive. Usually, this type of patterned aluminum sheet is used in cold storage, flooring, and outer packaging.

2. Aluminum manganese alloy patterned plate:

processed from 3003 as the main raw material, this type of aluminum plate, also known as anti rust aluminum plate, has slightly higher strength than ordinary aluminum alloy patterned plate, and has certain anti rust performance. However, its hardness and corrosion resistance are not as high as those of the 5000 series patterned plate. Therefore, this product is applied in less strict anti rust requirements, such as truck models and cold storage floors.

3. Aluminum magnesium alloy patterned plate:

processed from 5000 series aluminum plates such as 5052 or 5083, with good corrosion resistance, hardness, and rust prevention performance. Usually used in special places, such as ships, carriage lights, and humid environments, this type of aluminum plate has high hardness and certain load-bearing capacity.

| Classified according to different patterns on aluminum sheets

1.Five ribbed aluminum alloy patterned plate:

Five ribbed anti slip aluminum plate, also known as willow leaf patterned plate, aluminum alloy patterned plate. It has good anti slip ability and is widely used in the design of building (floor) platforms and other aspects. Due to the fact that the patterns on the surface of the aluminum plate are arranged in relative parallel with five concave convex patterns, and each pattern presents a 60-80 degree angle with other patterns, this pattern has excellent anti slip performance. This type of aluminum plate is commonly used domestically for anti slip purposes, with good anti slip effects and an affordable price.

2.Compass aluminum alloy patterned plate:

Anti slip aluminum plate, which has the same effect as five ribs, but is not commonly used.

3.Orange peel aluminum alloy patterned plate:

Orange peel aluminum alloy patterned plate can be divided into classic orange peel patterned aluminum plate and variant orange peel patterned aluminum plate (also known as insect pattern). Its surface presents a pattern similar to orange peel, so it can also be called orange peel patterned aluminum plate. It is a commonly used pattern series product for refrigerators, air conditioners, and packaging.

4.Lentil shaped patterned aluminum sheet:

Lentil shaped patterned aluminum sheet is a commonly used style of anti slip aluminum sheet, with good anti slip effect. It is mainly used for anti slip in carriages, platforms, cold storage floors, workshop floors, and elevators.

5.Spherical patterned aluminum sheet:

Spherical patterned aluminum sheet, also known as semi-circular spherical patterned aluminum sheet, presents small spherical patterns on the surface, like small pearls. Therefore, this aluminum sheet can also be called pearl shaped patterned aluminum sheet. Mainly used in outer packaging. The appearance is quite beautiful, and due to the special pattern, the strength of this aluminum plate is much higher than other pattern series.

6.Other aluminum plate patterned materials:

Lentil shaped patterned aluminum sheet is a commonly used style of anti slip aluminum sheet, with good anti slip effect. It is mainly used for anti slip in carriages, platforms, cold storage floors, workshop floors, and elevators.

7.Diamond aluminum alloy patterned plate:

commonly used for packaging pipes or outer packaging.

Casting

The purpose is to make casting components and meet the requirements of high purity alloy melt, and create favorable conditions for the casting of various shapes.

Several key parameters in the process of casting:

1 the temperature need generally set at 1050 C  when smelting, the temperature of material need under monitoring,  metal temperature need control less than 770 DEG C

2 at around 735 DEG C, worker need slag operation,  the temperature is favorable to the separation of slag and liquid.

3 generally need twice refining ,one refining way is solid refining agent, the other way using gas refining method.

4 after the general 30min-1h inverted furnace  ,worker need to timely casting, otherwise worker need to re refining

5 During casting process ,worker need to continue to join Ai-Ti-B wire to refine grain
